    Nobody can say that they have seen it all, but with 30+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, I certainly have seen a lot… and that includes plenty of changes over these years. With so many mortgage options available to people today, it can get confusing.     I live in East Aurora NY, and have been happily married to Rozanne for forty years. It takes very little encouragement to get me to boast about our three adult children, their spouses, and our two grandchildren. Being a Western NY native, I have an unfailing support for my local Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills and also enjoy running on my time away from the office.
